My Mission

The thing that drives me every day is simple: love. Love is the energy that fuels me to wish the best for myself, others, and the world. I believe trauma inherently disconnects us, and returning to compassionate, and curious states offers an opportunity to shift our relationship to the present moment and provides the safety necessary to re-process past experiences. This allows us to cultivate more tolerance for life's difficulties and lean more fully into experiencing and savouring life’s pleasures and joys.

My Approach

Healing is not about fixing what is "broken." Instead, therapy is a space to:

  • Expand your internal capacity to hold both pain and joy.

  • Unblock your natural ability to process and integrate past experiences.

  • Discover how to carry the weight of your story differently.

We will work together to understand not just how your mind is processing your experiences, but how your body is holding onto them. By balancing "top-down" tools to rewire thought patterns with "bottom-up" somatic work, we address the root of the distress.

My Background

As a Registered Psychologist with a Master of Counselling from City University in Edmonton, I bridge this heart-centered mission with clinical expertise to support you in your healing journey. My practice, Heart of Mind Psychology, was born from a desire to help adults navigate the complexities of life with greater clarity and a more grounded presence—empowering you to move from reactive patterns toward intentional, value-driven change. I look forward to connecting and collaborating with you as you strive to create ripple effects of change from the inside out.
